Rider Resilience is a registered not-for-profit community interest company powered by stories of bike derived resilience and the strength of the bicycle community to encourage anyone in the face of adversity to get out and ride a bike as much as possible throughout times of hardship.

Getting involved...
Not a normal client relationship, Nathan first approached Rider Resilience founder Nils Amelinckx having read about his journey in a magazine article.
As a keen cyclist, the Rider Resilience message resonated deeply and he committed to Douglas becoming their go-to design partner.
In the 2+ years that have followed, Nathan has become one of the core team of Rider Resilience advocates, representing them at multiple events and fundraisers.

A wide range...
A large part of the role Douglas undertakes is helping raise awareness of the Rider Resilience movement, and providing visuals for the various events they are involved in or stories that need sharing.
Some notable examples were collaborating with Fell Brewery on a Rider Resilience Pale Ale, helping launch the Rider Resilience film that premiered at Kendal Mountain Festival in 2024, as well as the design & build of the exhibition space for Ard Rock Enduro.
